Rebekah Gena is the founder of Good Girls Fight Dirty and a Women’s Self-Defense Instructor in the Wellsville area of Upstate NY. She has trained, over the past decade, in all areas of combat/street fighting techniques, including Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazillian Jujitsu, and Boxing, but her heart is in Krav Maga! Rebekah has, along with fellow female martial artists, developed a system of defense that focuses specifically on women fighting a bigger, stronger attacker. She believes that many self-defense systems fail women by empowering them but not training them to defend themselves in an actual attack. Rebekah believes that all women should have a fighting chance!
